What we take on
New systems and replacements are the main job and the one we are best set up for. We also repair, diagnose and tune up most major brands.
Repair or replace? Sometimes it is a repair. One of the owners tells you which after looking at the system, not before.
How the estimate works
No pressure and no sales call. One of the owners turns up and looks at the system.
Pick a time
Monday to Saturday, 8 to 7. Pick any slot on the calendar and it is yours. Same week is usually fine, and if the house is hot right now, say so when we call to confirm.

Sam, Ali or Brock, who own and run the company, not a commissioned salesman. Twenty minutes to an hour on site depending on the system.
The system gets measured
A full inspection, and the cooling load your house actually carries in this heat. Then you hear what it needs. Sometimes that is a repair, not a replacement.
Options in writing
Written repair or replacement options with upfront pricing and the financing on each. Nothing is ordered until you choose one.
What comes with a new system
Their own terms, in writing, before you sign anything.
Warranty
A 10 year manufacturer parts warranty, subject to registration, plus 2 years on our own labour and workmanship. Repairs carry 1 year on the parts we supply and the labour.
Financing
Plans at 6.99% over 60 months or 9.99% over 144 months, and a 12 month deferment option. Subject to lender approval.
Two years of filter changes
Free with a new system. Somebody comes out and swaps them, you do not have to remember.
Permits, testing, cleanup
We pull the permit, commission and test the system, clean up, walk you through it and register the warranty before we leave.

Before you book
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, for a replacement or a new system. One of the owners comes out, looks at the system and gives you options, and there is no charge and no obligation either way. If it is a repair call, any diagnostic fee is told to you before anything is scheduled.
How much does a new system cost?
Pricing depends on the system size, efficiency level, equipment type and the installation conditions, so we do not guess at it. We give exact pricing and options after the on site assessment, in writing, and financing is available.
Can you price it over the phone?
No, and we will not guess at one. Size, efficiency, ductwork, electrical and the installation conditions all change the number, and none of it reads down a phone line.
How long does the work take?
Diagnostics take 60 to 90 minutes and many repairs finish the same day if parts are available. A standard replacement is one day. Ductwork or a complex install, two to five days.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. 6.99% over 60 months, 9.99% over 144 months, or a 12 month deferment, subject to lender approval. We show it on each option so you can compare.
Which brands do you work on?
Most major brands, for repairs and tune ups. For a new system we size and spec the equipment for your house rather than for one badge.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. Permits, testing, cleanup, the walkthrough and the warranty registration are all part of the job.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Whoever decides on the work needs to be there, because that is who the options get explained to.
Can you come today?
Same day when availability allows, and a house with no cooling goes to the front of the line. We will not promise an arrival time we cannot keep.
